Not many Zabiha hand-slaughtered options in the Urbana-Champaign area. This butcher shop is one of the few that lets me get such meat locally.

Absolute fraud. They charge an extra $4 just for cutting and cleaning the fish. On top of that, they claim the smaller weight is “not available” and push me to buy a bigger one. Then they ask for even more money for cutting and cleaning. I know other people who shop there and they have never been charged this extra fee. It feels completely arbitrary and dishonest. Unfair and unprofessional.

A great place to get fresh Halal meats and a variety of fishes. We bought fresh catfish and boneless lamb meats. All the items were very fresh and I must admire them to keep such a great variety of collections. This is the best place for Halal meats in this town. Additionally, they also have lots of frozen items as well. The best experience is that they will give you meats by cutting into pieces according to your choice. I must recommend this place.

New store in town. I’m happy to see they sell many varieties of fresh Fish and the cashier informed they carry Frozen Indian Fish, can’t wait to try them. I got Goat meat and Fish. They were fresh and the cutting was perfect. The butcher was patient and made perfect cuts to the meat. Will tell all my friends and am definitely coming back for more. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Well equipped with meat cutting machine.

Had a great experience. The fish was fresh, especially, the King Fish is a must try! The Halal chicken prices are also really good and competitive. - Also, excellent customer service!
